Mission: Our mission is to empower girls to exude the confidence to become self-sufficient leaders in under-served and disenfranchised communities.

Vision: We envision the world as one which recognizes the future of woman that derives from empowered girls regardless of race, ethnicity, income or social status.

Target Population:
Girls and young women in St. Louis, MO and other under-served communities within the Metropolitan area.

What we do:
We inspire and empower girls to reach their full potential in confidence. This Girl Leads® reaches girls through cutting edge conferences, classes, seminars, and workshops to girls in the fields of financial literacy, technology literacy, media literacy, art and innovation, entrepreneurship, and life-skills thereby raising confidence of the girls to be self-sufficient leaders in under-served and disenfranchised communities.
