Classic Cobbler

Classic Cobbler is a family owned business that specializes in home-made fruit cobblers and pies. Our recipe started in the south and has since moved to the Midwest through the generations. Our cobblers and pies are made with quality ingredients and no preservatives. The recipe has been perfected with a flaky, buttery crust and the right mix of fruits and spices to satisfy your dessert pleasures! After years of sharing our pies with family and friends, we opened our first brick and mortar store in Chicago Heights, IL in 2010. In 2015, we made the decision to transition our business to online ordering and Whole Foods distribution. In 2020, we opened a boutique location at Dr. Murphy's Food Hall at 1835 W. Harrison Street, Chicago Illinois.
In 2018 and 2019, we had the exciting opportunity to participate in the largest food festival in the US, the Taste of Chicago. We proudly participated in several other events such as the Black Legacy Awards and The Black Taste of Chicago. Our products and our story have been featured on several media outlets; Chicago’s Best TV, Windy City Live, WGN, CBS and Black Enterprise Magazine.
